Mizuna Stir-Fry
Ingredients:
- 1 bunch of mizuna (about 150 g)
- 2 teaspoons of sesame oil
- 2 teaspoons of soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon of ground sesame seeds (white or black)
Preparation:
- Wash the mizuna and cut it into pieces about 5 cm long. If the stems are very thick or hard, cut them more finely.
- Heat the sesame oil in a pan over medium-high heat and stir-fry the mizuna for a few minutes, stirring occasionally, until it softens slightly but maintains its crunchy texture.
