Terms and Conditions of Service

In case of discrepancies between the original and a translated version, the original in Spanish is the binding document.
Terms of Use
These General Terms and Conditions of Contract govern the purchase of products through the website www.dehigosaperas.com (hereinafter, "the Website" or "WWW.DEHIGOSAPERAS.COM"). By accepting these General Terms and Conditions of Contract, the User declares:
• That he/she has read, understands, and comprehends what is stated herein.
• That he/she is a person with sufficient capacity to contract.
• That he/she assumes all the obligations set forth herein.
• That he/she is of legal age (18 years old) to purchase the products offered therein.
1. Description of the purchasing procedure
The procedure to contract the products offered through the Website is as follows:
1.1.- Select the product: The User wishing to purchase a product offered through the Website must click the "Add to Cart" button. Before clicking this "Add to Cart" button, the User can view the detailed description of the product he/she wishes to purchase. The User can continue with the purchasing process until he/she has selected all the products he/she wishes to request through the Website.
1.2.- Cart/Products: Once all the products have been selected, the User can click on the "View Cart" button, and a summary of the order will be displayed. If he/she wishes to continue shopping, he/she must click on the "Continue shopping" button. Otherwise, he/she will click on the "Complete purchase" button."
1.3.- Next, the User must fill out a specific form related to the shipment of the order. The User who has already registered his/her personal and shipping data at a previous time will not have to fill out this information again, as long as he/she has identified himself/herself in the system by logging in. Otherwise, before confirming the payment details, he/she must include his/her personal data, the shipping data of the order, as well as the billing data of the same. Once this information has been completed, he/she can click on the "Review order" button.
1.3.1 Provide Personal Data: The user will provide data to the system such as his/her name, last name, phone number... If the user is registered and has logged in, that information is no longer necessary to provide.
1.3.2 Provide Addresses: The user will inform - Confirm shipping data”.
1.3.3 Provide Shipping Method: This step is automatic, depending on the order amount and delivery area, a carrier and shipping cost are configured, which will be free in the Algeciras-Nerja area (and Ronda) as long as the order exceeds 50 euros (VAT excluded).
1.3.4.- Payment: Next, to confirm the order, the User must select the payment method with credit/debit card. Before proceeding with the payment, all the order data are presented so that the User can check them or, if necessary, modify them by returning to any of the previous steps: "Personal Data" "Addresses" "Shipping Method". Once the data has been verified, the acceptance checkbox of these terms and conditions of service must be checked and the "Place order" button must be clicked, and the User will be redirected to the Redsys payment gateway, the payment platform that corresponds to the credit/debit card payment option.
1.3.5. Order Confirmation: Once the User has completed all the indicated steps correctly, he/she will receive an order confirmation email with the information about it to the email address provided to the system.
1.3.6. Payment Methods:
1.3.6.1.- Credit/Debit Card: Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, and American Express are accepted.
1.3.6.2.- Through PayPal.
1.3.6.3.- Through Bizum.
1.3.6.4.- Through Bank Transfer: In this case, the order will not be processed until the deposit is confirmed in the indicated account, the customer must indicate the order number when making the transfer.
1.3.6.5.- Through Bank Domiciliation: The customer will provide us with his/her IBAN account and a mobile phone to send him/her an sms with the confirmation code. Once the payment is confirmed in the gateway, his/her order will be processed.
1.3.7. Payment Confirmation: If the payment has been made correctly, the User will be redirected to an order confirmation page where the order number will be shown. In addition, an order confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided by the User.
1.3.8. Document Archiving: The User can print or download the order invoice from the confirmation page or, failing that, from the order confirmation email that will be sent to his/her email address once the payment of the order has been confirmed.
2. Prices and Payment Methods
2.1.- Prices: The prices of the products offered through the Website include the Value Added Tax (VAT) that, if applicable, must be applied. These prices, unless expressly stated otherwise, do not include shipping costs or any other additional services and annexes to the purchased product.
2.2.- Shipping Costs: The amount corresponding to the shipping costs will be shown before the User confirms the order and completes the contracting process.
2.3.- Payment Methods: During the contracting process, the User must pay the amount corresponding to the products purchased through the following payment methods:
• Credit/debit card
• PayPal
• Bizum
• Bank transfer
• Bank domiciliation
