  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar for sprinkling

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 190°C.
  2. Mix Fuji apple slices with sugar, flour, and cinnamon in a large bowl.
  3. Place the pie crust in a 23 cm pie dish.
  4. Pour the apple mixture onto the crust and distribute butter cubes.
  5. Fold the edges of the crust inward, brush with beaten egg, and sprinkle with sugar.
  6. Bake the Fuji apple pie for 45-50 minutes until golden and bubbly.
